Anadigna history started with the great-grandparents of Carlos Rey (owner & winemaker behind Anadigna) last century in the 1930’s. They were followed by my grandmother Anadigna, and later by my parents, Belarmino and Carmen. It was in 2012 when the need emerged within me to continue the work that they had begun.
The Anadigna Albariño is an authentic signature wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas. It was born out of family tradition and the teachings of my grandmother, Anadigna. Mama Anadigna not only left us her fertile land in the Rías Baixas, her vines, which she pruned, fertilized and nurtured like they were one of her own children, she also left her ancestral wisdom, her love for doing things the right way and her affection for the wine which made her famous in Meaño. Rías Baixas Anadigna is her legacy.
Located in D.O. Rías Baixas, in the Val do Salnés sub-zone, there is an area of small holdings where we look after a little less than 2 hectares with a total of 12 vineyards located within a 15 km radius. The vineyards, with vines that are more than 40-50 years old, have an arbor conduction system, sandy granite soils, and are close to the sea, which lend minerality and salinity to the aromatic, floral, fruity variety that is the Albariño grape.

The Ramon Roqueta family Winery has a history that goes back 120 years and five generations of the Roqueta family. The winery was founded in Manresa in 1898 by Ramon Roqueta Torrentó, an enterprising and ingenious businessman, from a family closely linked to viticulture since the 12th century. He moved to Manresa as he foresaw an opportunity to sell and distribute products in this city which was growing. This proved to be a decisive milestone that laid the winery’s first stone.
Since then, the winery has proven its commitment and respect to the winemaking tradition, as well as great loyalty to its origins, which lie in the region of Bages within the province of Barcelona, a region with a longstanding and reputable tradition in viticulture.
The winery has also demonstrated its great capacity to adapt to changes that the wine sector has witnessed in recent centuries, yet without forsaking its identity at any time. Ramon Roqueta represents modernization and adaptation to new times in a business with century-old traditions and know-how.

Bell Cros is a new vineyard with old vines. We are building on traditions that date back thousands of years but with our sights set on the future. We are combining the joy and enthusiasm of a newly discovered passion with the pride, the knowledge and the rich, deeply- rooted culture of winemaking. Bell Cros is a fun-filled, forward-looking project that will spread happiness with its wines from DO Montsant.
Bell Cros is the name of our vineyard. Bell Cros is the name of our wine. Bell is Catalan for beautiful, Cros is an old, local Catalan word for valley. Bell Cros is our beautiful valley in DO Montsant, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain.
Although Bell Cros is a new addition to the world of wine, its vines have been bearing fruit for years. Most of its vines were planted between 40 and 70 years ago. This brings character to the grapes and the wine. These older vines reflect the place in which they grow.
There is always a special part of DO Montsant in every bottle of Bell Cros.
